Terms

1. To be an affiliate, you must:
   • Be at least eighteen years old.
   • Live in the United States.
2. Follow FTC and platform rules about disclosures by clearly stating you’re partnered with Contrarian LLC whenever you promote the app.
3. Use promotional materials only for promoting Contrarian during the period of the partnership. This permission can be taken back at any time.
4. Don’t make false or misleading claims, use spam, or engage in any unethical tactics that could hurt Contrarian LLC’s reputation.
5. Contrarian LLC will pay you each month for commissions earned from qualifying revenue in the previous month.
6. Contrarian LLC’s tracking system is the official record for calculating commissions. If the system ever fails, you can provide reasonable proof and Contrarian LLC will decide in good-faith what you’re owed.
7. Commissions may be adjusted if there are refunds, fraudulent sales, or other invalid transactions. Contrarian LLC can also hold payments while investigating anything that might break these terms or the law.
8. These terms are governed by Texas law.
